As a Network Support and Client Solution Professional, you will be responsible for a wide variety of network technologies with a heavy emphasis on providing help desk support duties, compilation of client orders, operations management and inventory control. Candidates should have a basic knowledge in computer hardware, Microsoft Office applications, Windows 2000/XP Pro, Network Troubleshooting, DSL/Cable Modem, LAN/WAN Network Topologies, Virus Protection and Basics of Firewall Technologies, have outstanding customer service and communication skills and be well organized. This is a challenging position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
